Salary
The successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package, including up to 28 days holiday entitlement, bank holidays, paid leave for charity projects, and a comprehensive benefits package tailored to individual needs. Job Description
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and roadmap for propositions within Vodafone's Handset and Device Lifecycle Propositions team. You'll own Ask Once, our flagship Customer Experience proposition, as well as refurbished and device care propositions like Lifetime Service Promise.
As a key member of the team, you'll lead on strategy, working with delivery teams to define the roadmap for growth. For existing propositions, you'll be accountable for performance optimisation, ensuring competitive positioning, enhancing our offering, and increasing market share while maintaining a happy customer base.
Key accountabilities include:
- Defining the multi-year strategy and proposition roadmap for device care and service propositions, including key customer insights, target audience, and market opportunities.
- Oversight of attracting new customers and helping them up the value chain through insight-led and segmented propositions.
- Understanding and shaping desired customer experience journeys with a strong digital-first mindset, collaborating with the ecommerce team.
- Owning proposition business cases and performance against business case targets, making adjustments as needed with the Commercial team.
- Owning the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and commercial ambition for new proposition launches, with execution plans defined and owned by the Mobile GTM partner.
You'll need a thorough understanding of the Consumer Mobile market, exceptional influencing skills, and a track record of insight-led product or proposition changes. Strong commercial acumen, ability to champion the voice of your customer, and proven ability to drive change through complex businesses are essential. Experience working in a digital-first environment and/or Agile environments is also desirable.
