CV-Library is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams and driving business growth through new business development and account management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale sales operations and achieving significant revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Award-winning training and development programs will be provided to support your continued growth and success in this role. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business development and account management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
