Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the Global Conferences partnership with key internal partners from various business units. You will inform, engage and equip these partners with conferences information to drive commercial activities and support research growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across Research Sales and Services to grow internal partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with Conferences objectives.
  • Support regional execution of internal partnerships while driving globally aligned program strategies.
  • Identify effective communication forms for internal conference campaigns and information sharing.
  • Create clear understanding of conference timelines, goals and key details to drive attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years business experience.
  • Strong executive presence and strategic leadership skills.
  • High sense of urgency, ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships, project management skills and problem-solving capability.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. However, please note that actual salaries may vary depending on individual qualifications and circumstances.
