This role will support the Global Conferences partnership with key internal business units, including Research Sales and Global Services. You will inform and engage internal partners with conferences information and support Conference delivery teams in prioritization and execution of initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across Research Sales and Services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with Conferences objectives.
  • Support regional execution of internal partnerships and drive globally aligned program strategies.
  • Drive client and prospect attendance through internal partner channels.
  • Identify effective communication forms for internal conference campaigns.
  • Execute processes to support timely information sharing with internal partners.
  • Create clear understanding of conference timelines and goals.
  • Review and edit sales/services owned playbooks and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years business experience.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Strategic leader with excellent implementation results.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Proficiency in executing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships.
  • Strong project management skills.
