Urban Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Town Planner to join our client's team in shaping the future of our towns and cities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to revitalize urban areas, preserving heritage while fostering growth.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field, and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent accreditation. They will also have a proven track record in town planning projects within the UK and proficiency in UK planning legislation and regulations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Urban Regeneration: Lead strategic initiatives to revitalize urban areas, preserving heritage while fostering growth.
- Sustainable Development: Champion eco-friendly practices, integrating green infrastructure and promoting resilience to climate change.
