We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the telephone help desk for the courts
  • Collate and analyze complex information or data, utilizing Excel
  • Process applications, fee accounting, and cashier duties
  • Oversee administrative procedures and processes
  • Liaise between Courtroom, judiciary, and public
  • Process correspondence and IT data input
  • Act as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or suitable clerical experience
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
