Administrative Support Associate

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Support Officer to join our Transportation Division. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team, working collaboratively with the wider Transportation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Producing and sending monthly expenses.
- Tracking and reminding Senior Team members of important tasks, actions and deadlines.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes and actions.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Deputising for other Support Officers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Professional and confident manner.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times.
