About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrative professional to join our team as a High-Level Administrative Support Professional. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our senior leaders, managing their diaries, emails, and correspondence with ease and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diaries of senior leaders, ensuring timely and effective use of their time
  • Provide expert email management, responding to complex queries and escalating issues as necessary
  • Prepare and circulate meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and other supporting documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality administrative services, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders or executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Detailed knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound judgements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
