About the Role

  • This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week.
  • The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the credit control team in identifying and chasing unpaid invoices.
  2. Collaborate with the billing, database, and cashiering teams to ensure accurate data and timely deliveries.
  3. Maintain up-to-date records and databases to facilitate effective financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a finance environment desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with confident telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Recent experience in Excel required for daily tasks.
