Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical reasoning and interventions for children and young people in care, addressing developmental trauma and complex emotional needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and treatment interventions for emotional and mental health difficulties, showcasing expertise in managing high-risk cases.
  • Offer clinical consultation and advice to carers and professionals within children's services in Gloucestershire, enhancing the quality of care provided.

As a specialist practitioner, you will lead clinical teams, manage caseloads involving complex cases, and provide specialist consultation and training to partner agencies.

This role requires extensive experience delivering clinical interventions within CAMHS or related services, with formal postgraduate learning within a relevant field or skill.

A salary of £55,000 per annum is offered for this challenging yet rewarding position.
