About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health clinician to join our Young Minds Matter Mental Health Support Teams. As a High-Intensity Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions to children and young people in school settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with schools and other partner agencies to deliver consultation, assessment, and high-intensity CBT interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide personalized care planning and support to children and young people.
- Provide specialist consultation, signposting, and advice to professional networks, including teaching staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service delivery models that promote early intervention and prevention.
