Education Support Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced Education Support Practitioner to join our mental health support team. As an Education Support Practitioner, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and carers to provide support and guidance to children and young people who are experiencing mental health issues.
You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, assessing and delivering outcome-focused interventions, and working in partnership with children, young people, and their families to develop plans for intervention and agreed outcomes.
With a salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience while making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
