Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team in the Rising 3s Room. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and supportive environment for young children aged 2-3 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support the development of children.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
  • Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents.
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall planning and organization of the playgroup.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, previous experience working with children aged 2-3 years old, and a strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning activities.
