Role Summary:
Leaders in Care is currently looking for a highly skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to vulnerable groups, including disabled children and their families.
About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Social Worker or Senior Social Worker to make a real difference in the lives of those in need. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to provide comprehensive support and protection to disabled children and young people.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies
- To contribute to the growth and development of our service through innovative ideas and solutions
- To ensure that all services delivered meet the highest standards of quality and excellence

- A competitive salary range of £37,938 - £45,718 per annum, depending on experience
