Job Title: Learning Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Specialist to join our team at SEND Inclusion Support in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various Special Educational Needs (SEN) requirements, including complex needs and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement bespoke curricula tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students with complex requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and external professionals to develop comprehensive support plans and interventions for students with SEN.
  • Maintain close student progress monitoring, regularly assessing learning outcomes and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly to maximize academic achievement and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various SEN needs, including complex and Autism.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and passion for inclusive education.
