Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Howden Life and Health. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating individuals to higher performance levels, challenging processes, and delivering exceptional training and coaching using the GROW model.

In addition to your technical skills, we value your ability to engage with our wider Learning & Development community and interpret suitable training initiatives with incomplete data.

The successful candidate will have a competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits such as pension scheme, death in service life insurance, hybrid working, 23 days holiday rising to 25 with service, public holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, enhanced sick pay, discounted gym membership, retail discounts, health cash plan, and flexible benefits.
