Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Support Specialists. As part of our caring team, you will provide general support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex conditions. Your duties will include assisting with domestic tasks, providing personal care, and administering medication. You will also have the opportunity to engage in positive interactions and motivate our service users to achieve their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Care & Support Worker. A UK driving licence is also required, as you will be expected to travel between locations.
