Adult Care Support Specialist

We offer an estimated salary of £26,000 per annum for this Adult Care Worker position, depending on experience and location. As a Support Worker with Cygnet Alders Clinic, you will provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for women with personality disorder and complex needs.
The role involves working 12 hour shifts from 8 pm - 8 am, providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support. You will learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way, assist with medical & welfare needs, report on medical & welfare needs as required, safeguard, and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
