Job Summary
As a Personal Development Coordinator at Aspirations Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism to achieve their full potential. About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team in Gloucester. As a Personal Development Coordinator, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional and practical support to individuals, enabling them to overcome challenges and achieve their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one support to service users, promoting their independence and self-confidence
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
* Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to discuss service user needs and develop care plans
* Administer medication as required and ensure accurate recording of medication administration
* Complete daily care plans and contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of services
* Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and protect the rights of vulnerable adults to live safely and free from abuse or neglect

Requirements
* Previous experience working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
* Ability to adapt to challenging situations and demonstrate empathy and understanding
* Positive and caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
