Adult Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adult Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Cygnet Alders Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with adult autism.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to service users with adult autism, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be confident in your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing competing demands.
A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the growth and development of our service users.
