About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Education Professional to join our team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a full-time, temporary position that will commence in January 2025 and run until July 2025.

**Job Description:**
The role of the SEND Education Professional involves working closely with a team of experienced educators to deliver tailored educational programs for students with diverse needs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized learning plans, providing one-to-one and small group support, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless integration of academic and therapeutic services.

**Requirements:**
- A caring and positive nature, with a strong ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike
- Experience working with students who have autism or other SEND requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- A passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting students to reach their full potential
