Autism Support Professional

Cygnet, a renowned rehabilitation service provider, is seeking an experienced Autism Support Professional to join our team in Bristol. This role involves working with women who have personality disorder and complex needs, providing enhanced care through a flexible learning approach.
As a key member of our team, you will offer physical and emotional support, learn about individuals' specific needs, and provide help in the most appropriate way. You will also assist with medical and welfare needs, report on these as required, safeguard, and maintain a safe and clean environment for all. We are looking for someone genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives, an excellent communicator, sensitive, intuitive, and passionate about empowering and supporting service user independence.
We offer an excellent apprenticeship scheme, expert supervision and support, employee referral scheme, free health cash plan, 24-hour GP support line, life assurance cover, eye tests, car lease discounts, gym membership, mortgage broker, insurance cover, pension scheme, NHS discount savings, and a 'Cycle to Work' scheme.
