We currently have 3 exciting opportunities for EHCP Case Co-ordinators to join our dynamic team. As part of our Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) service, you will work closely with education providers, developing strong relationships across education, health, social care, and families to improve outcomes and ensure access to inclusive education for all children and young people with SEND.


About You


To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work co-productively and creatively with other professionals, children, and their families, as well as empathy for the challenges they experience. You will also require competence in assessing and reviewing the needs of vulnerable children, young people, and their families. Experience of working in a local authority, knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, and its application, would be ideal.
