We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead a 6-bed service in Gloucester, supporting adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience as a deputy or service manager.

**About the Role:**

  • Shifts: 37 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Lead, mentor, and support your team to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans promoting positive outcomes
  • QCF level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Must be resilient
  • Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role
