Care Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a Care Worker to join our team in Gloucester to support adults with learning disabilities. As a Care Worker, you will empower individuals to live the lives they want to lead.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing daily living skills with the people we support
- Supporting individuals to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training, or friendships
- Contributing to, developing, and implementing individual care plans
- Communicating effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals
- Maintaining the health needs of the individuals we support
We offer:
- Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate
- Time to complete training is paid
- We cover the cost of DBS checks
- Rota's are planned in advance
- Successfully 'recommend a friend' to join us and you'll receive a thank-you payment
