The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part Time Female Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enabling them to live fulfilling lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as dressing, cooking, and household chores
  • Engage individuals in activities and hobbies that promote socialization and personal growth
  • Administer medication as required
  • Maintain accurate records of care plans and ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:



  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations
