About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Brockworth, Gloucester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, teaching new life skills, and encouraging individuals to access their local communities and engage in activities that promote their well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed in your approach. You will also need to be passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support and have a genuine caring attitude.
