Care Support Manager

As a Cluster Team Manager at Aspirations Care, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

We are seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers and ensuring that the highest standards of clinical and personal support are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting adults with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans, as well as good IT skills and experience of maintaining records. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) is also required.

You will work closely with the Area Registered Manager to coach, support and manage staff teams effectively, promoting independence and choice for the people we support.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Monitor, maintain, and provide the highest standards of clinical and personal support
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the Area Registered Manager and other senior team members to achieve service goals
