Care and Wellbeing Practitioner

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Care and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our MASH team, you will be responsible for managing complex cases and providing high-quality support to vulnerable children and families.
Salary: The successful candidate will receive a salary of £40,476 - £45,718 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working options and access to professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include assessing the needs of children, young people, and families, planning and implementing interventions, and undertaking direct work to manage risk and achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognised qualification in Social Work, Social Work England registration, and substantial post-qualifying experience in statutory children's services fieldwork teams. You will also require a full driving licence and Enhanced DBS clearance.
