Key Responsibilities
  • To support the development and delivery of training packages to school staff, parents, and young people, working collaboratively with other members of the MHST team.
  • To provide expert advice and guidance on mental health wellbeing to schools, parents, and other professionals, promoting a culture of openness and understanding.
  • To participate in regular supervision sessions, ensuring ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
  • To contribute to the creation and dissemination of resources around mental health wellbeing, supporting the needs of our diverse stakeholders.
  • To collect and analyse feedback from participants, informing improvements to our services and programmes.
Requirements

This role requires a qualified professional with experience in safeguarding children and a strong understanding of mental health wellbeing. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals. A background in education or a related field would be advantageous, as well as experience in delivering training and workshops.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, estimated to be in the range of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
