About the Role

As an experienced health and social care teacher, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team at I C Talent Ltd as a long-term temporary position. This role offers a unique opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for health and social care with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans on health and social care topics, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering open communication and respect among students and colleagues.
  • Stay current with developments in health and social care, integrating relevant industry trends into teaching practices.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in health and social care, nursing, public health, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) and relevant professional experience in the health and social care sector.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
