We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Bedfordshire. As a key member of our Children's Adoption Team, you will work closely with prospective adopters, children, and their families to achieve positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, and preparing prospective adopters for placement, developing and implementing permanence plans for children, facilitating family finding for children and approved adopters, providing support to adoptive placements pre-order, and liaising with other professionals to ensure effective delivery of services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of experienced professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality social care services.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary, estimated at £25-£35 per hour dependent on experience, 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation), a comprehensive online training portal worth £500 a year, and your own dedicated consultant with extensive social work knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will require a DipSW or equivalent qualification, registration with the HCPC, a current DBS, and a car driver's license.
