About this OpportunityThe successful candidate will work closely with teams such as children's safeguarding, looked after children, and Fostering to ensure the well-being of children and young people transitioning from care.
Key ResponsibilitiesA degree in Social Work and a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience are necessary. Additionally, a valid UK driving licence and car are required for travel. Previous experience in leaving care, UASC, and youth justice would be beneficial.
