Job Description

As a Home Based Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments and support to children and families.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans to meet the needs of individuals.
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A DipSW or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the HCPC.
  • A current CRB check.
  • A car and valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits
