Job Title: Qualified Social Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Assessment Team in Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of children and families, identifying their needs and developing effective plans to support them.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families
• Identifying and addressing child protection concerns
• Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of children and families
• Managing a caseload of complex cases
• Working closely with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Need:
• DipSW or equivalent qualification
• HCPC registration
• Current DBS clearance
• Valid driving license

Salary and Benefits:
£35-40 per hour (dependent on experience)
