Vulnerable Adult Care Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vulnerable Adult Care Specialist to join our team at Gold Care Homes. As a Vulnerable Adult Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to vulnerable adults, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, working collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and understanding when interacting with residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + employee benefits package.
