We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to contribute towards the commissioning of learning disability services, undertake service reviews, and support effective partnership working.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:- Commission existing and new learning disability services to meet the needs of clients.
- Conduct thorough service reviews to ensure proportionate care and value for money.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement whole system approaches.
- Shape the local market to deliver creative models of care and support.
- DipSW or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the HCPC.
- Current DBS clearance.
- Valid driving license.
