About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Director to lead our Trade Waste Business on the Isle of Wight. As Principal Business Manager, you will be accountable for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategies that align operational management with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively drive business growth through proactive identification and capitalisation of new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies, ensuring seamless alignment between operational management and business objectives.
  • Lead a team of Trade Waste Operations professionals, focusing on sales maximisation and business development.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the trade waste industry.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and Microsoft Project, with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Able to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a positive work culture and driving organisational goals.
What We Offer

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement. Our company offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a focus on professional development and growth.
