We are seeking an experienced Account Consultancy Executive to join our team at Pluxee. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of account managers in managing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to employee benefit and reward clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new opportunities for existing clients and provide recommendations to your Account Manager/Account Director/Commercial Account Manager.
- Support the account team in achieving targeted levels of GP in respect of assigned accounts and retaining the existing client base in line with company objectives.
- Produce management information and ad hoc reporting using Microsoft Office packages as required.
- Analyse and review reporting, highlighting patterns or concerns to the Account Manager.
- Ensure salesforce and electronic filing is accurate and up-to-date, including recording calls and client contacts, uploading and maintaining client contracts.
- Update website content using content management software.
- Assist with reconciliation and debt control.
- Support the Account Team with participant queries, covering inboxes, hotlines, voicemails, and ad hoc tasks as required.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is desirable.
- A good understanding of IT, creative, and finance.
- Experience working in a busy administrative client support type role is preferred.
