Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team at the Northampton Business Directory. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company director, including managing their diary, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the company director
  2. Manage the director's diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  3. Handle requests and queries from internal and external clients
  4. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  5. Take dictation and minutes
  6. Source office supplies

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  3. MS Office and English proficiency
  4. Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Benefits:
