Business Support Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Red Bull Racing Formula One Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on variety.
Key Responsibilities- Raise departmental purchase orders and manage data inputting tasks.
- Communicate essential business information through our internal intranet.
- Manage employee uniforms, including clothing-related inquiries, distribution, and stock accuracy.
- Operate the Facilities helpdesk system to assign tasks to technical teams.
- Coordinate contractor account management.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with previous experience in facilities management advantageous. They should be able to prioritize tasks, provide excellent customer service, and be proficient in Microsoft systems.
