Reception Team Leader Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the reception team during their shift, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  2. Welcome guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, using a personalized approach.
  3. Anticipate guests' needs and find suitable solutions.
  4. Convey the hotel image and promote the company's loyalty program.
  5. Assist with guest feedback and handle it efficiently.
  6. Provide knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services, as well as local events.
  7. Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, following payment procedures.
  8. Inform guests about hotel formalities and services available.

About the Role

As a Reception Team Leader at Novotel London City South, you will be responsible for leading the reception team and providing exceptional guest service. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their stay is smooth and enjoyable.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a good understanding of the hotel's systems and procedures.
