Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager Leader to join our dynamic team at St Martins Lane. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and direct teams, oversee the running of the front desk overnight, and ensure a seamless transition between day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversight of front desk operations overnight, ensuring a smooth transition between day and night teams
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proven management experience within a Front Desk/Office environment
- Ability to work overnight and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a 4/5 star hotel or high-profile events, with a keen eye for detail
- High level of Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to multitask effectively
- Meals on duty and uniform provided, ensuring you're fully dressed and fed at work
- Free dry cleaning/uniform washing and season ticket loan to help with annual travel costs

- $250 referral bonus for successful referrals and completion of six-month probation period
