Facilities Management Administrator

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Support to work for an established FM service provider based in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including scheduling engineers' diaries and all aspects of finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Administration: Coordinate and administer reactive and PPM works in line with strict Contract and Company performance measures.
- Contract Management: Provide dedicated support to the Contract Manager for all contracts and works matters, communicating frequent and detailed feedback on works progress or queries.
- Financial Management: Ensure invoices are completed within timeframes and fully transparent.
- Communication: Liaise with Engineers and Sub-Contractors and ensure standards of works are maintained and communication of progress and issues are escalated.
- Proficient in CAFM systems, particularly Concept.
- Strong understanding of Due Diligence and accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good people skills and ability to manage Engineers.
- Experience within FM and using H&S permit systems.
