**Administrative Role in a Dynamic Team**

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Government Facility Services Ltd, providing support for the facilities management function.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative tasks, including data management, document processing, and correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Process and distribute correspondence and documents
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in CAFM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
