- Customer & Client Support: Handle phone calls from customers and clients, answering basic queries about heavy plant equipment and services.
- Queries: Respond to customer queries related to rail plant equipment and offer timely, effective solutions.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Heavy Plant Equipment: Previous experience with plant or rail machinery is essential.
