Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Lawson Wright LLP. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with special projects and office events
- Act as a liaison with general and administration departments
- Assist in the communication with SRA and other local regulatory authorities
- Work closely with the staff and lawyers in planning and execution of office-related initiatives and events
Requirements:
- Minimum 2:2 bachelor's degree in business, business management and/or marketing/digital marketing
- Fluent in oral and written English, excellent command in Chinese/Mandarin is required
- High level of Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Hours:
