Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our growing North division, overseeing a new utilities contract. This contract encompasses over 200 office and industrial based sites across the Northwest, and you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cleaning for your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction
- Provide and maintain quality-of-service delivery
- Manage, recruit, and coach local service teams
- Carry out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
- Look for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
