Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services for our clients across the Northwest region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide and maintain high-quality service delivery to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and develop a team of cleaning operatives to ensure excellent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Carry out regular site audits and projects to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level.
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of health and safety systems in the cleaning industry.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy.
- Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
