Job Title: Cleaning Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our team in the North division. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cleaning for our clients across the Northwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Provide and maintain quality-of-service delivery
- Manage, recruit, and coach local service teams
- Carry out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to
- Look for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
- Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative
