About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our team in the North division. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cleaning for our clients across the Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Provide and maintain quality-of-service delivery
  • Manage, recruit, and coach local service teams
  • Carry out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to
  • Look for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
  • Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
  • Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative
